Thank you for contacting the court as indicated on your citation.
Mandatory citation means that it is required to appear before the judge to resolve the citation.
If any of the following charges are on your citation, your citations is considered mandatory:

• Possession of drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Illegal consumption of alcohol (18 – 20 years old)
• Possession of tobacco (18 – 20 years old)
• Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
• Assault
• Domestic violence
• Disorderly conduct
• Criminal mischief
• False information to a police officer
• Lewdness or urinating in public
• Trespassing
• Theft – Including retail theft, library theft, etc)

• Driving under the influence
• Negligent collision
• Failure to remain at scene of accident
• Traffic accident violations with an injury
• Reckless driving
• Speeding in school zone 20+ miles over speed limit
• Revoked license involving alcohol or drugs
• Speeding over 31 miles over speed limit
• Speeding at 100+
• Nuisance animal
• Unattended child in vehicle
