Mission Statement

The mission of the Utah Courts is to provide the people an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law.

Citation Information

Many citations can be paid online by clicking ​here. Some citations require a mandatory court appearance. To schedule an appearance, please email the court clerk at jcwillard@utcourts.gov. Please include your name, citation number, and phone number. If you do not receive instructions within 4 days of emailing the court, or if you have questions regarding your citation, please call at 435-723-2634.

​Court sessions are held on Monday evenings between 5pm-7pm. ​

Pay your Citation Online

You will need your citation number or case number. A $.50 plus 3% transaction fee will be assessed for credit card payments. The fee will be waived if using a routing number and account number.
​Note: Some offenses require a mandatory court appearance.
